World Wide Auction Live Group has been commissioned to auction this home and the estate through our live auction process and Through our Internet absentee bidding process. Absentee bidding will close December 7th at 10AM. Absentee bidding does not necessarily mean you win. so you will have to put your maximum bid in. No one can see the max bids during this process. When the auction closes we will then take your max bid with us to the Live auction. We will have one person stand in place for you on the floor with the rest of the bidders, and bid for you in competition with the floor bidders. How will this work? well if you bid say 40,000.00 in your max bid, and we start this on the floor to whoever bids then we will proxy your bid in competition with the floor bidders till you win or they win. No merchandise may be removed until the conclusion of the auction and only when accompanied by a paid receipt.
Credit Card deposit payments are accepted. If you reneg on your auction we will withdraw the complete funds owed to us using your credit card. By Filling out the online registration form you have agreed to these terms.
Trading and resale of property purchased at auction is strictly prohibited on auction premises. Any such acts will revoke all future bidding privileges.
All property purchased at auction is to be removed by original purchaser and only with a paid World Wide Auction Co Invoice.
Any announcements made the day of the sale will supersede all others.
There will be no exceptions to these terms.
