TERMS OF AGREEMENT TO PLACE BIDS
IDENTIFICATION:
All purchasers are required to give full name, telephone number, email, and full address. Registration is 25.00 be aware if you do not pick up your items you will be charged the full amount plus 25 dollar removal fee and for damages for failure to meet the terms. this would be taken out of the card you signed up with. It is a crime of fraud to sign up on our website giving false information. Most people do not even know it is a crime. Cyber fraud is a felony
DEPOSIT:
Registration is 25.00 using the online registration. If you do not use the online registration A 100.00 Cash Deposit will be required to register on location during the preview day where a bidding number will be issued,Failure to meet the required deposits may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
TIME OF PAYMENT:
All bills must be paid onsite in full within time announced by auctioneer.
REMOVAL:
All purchases must be removed as herein listed: Small items (perishable tools, machine parts & accessories, office machines, etc.) are to be removed no later than 24 hours after completion of the auction. there is a 25.00 default plus Removal fees, and you will be charged the full invoice price and possibly lose your bidding privileges. do not bid if you can not follow the terms to this or any other sale.
